Community living supports
At Provident Life, our Community Living Supports (CLS) program is designed to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities.
Whether a person needs help with daily tasks, managing routines, or participating in the community, our CLS services offer flexible, personalized support that fits their unique goals and lifestyle.

What We Offer:
Daily Living Assistance
Support with hygiene, meal prep, mobility, and household tasks to promote health, safety, and independence.
Skill Building & Routine Support
Guidance in developing important life skills—like money management, cooking, social interaction, and self-advocacy.
Health & Safety Monitoring
Medication reminders, appointment support, and help maintaining a safe home environment.
Community Engagement
Help accessing resources, attending events, using public transit, and building connections in the community.
Respite & Relief Care
Temporary care options that give family caregivers time to rest, while ensuring consistent, quality support for their loved one.

Flexible Staffing Options:
We recognize that trust and consistency are key to successful support, so we offer two options for how services are delivered:

Use Our Staff Our trained, compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are available to provide care in your home or community.

Choose Your Own Caregiver If you prefer, you can select a trusted friend or family member to serve as your caregiver. We will train and compensate them through our agency.
