We provide 24-hour residential group home services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in safe, welcoming homes that we own and operate.

Each of our homes supports 3 to 5 residents, offering the comfort of a small community combined with the peace of mind that comes with professional, around-the-clock care. OIS Certification Classes
Comprehensive training that covers both prevention and intervention strategies, with a focus on reducing the need for physical interventions.
Crisis Prevention Techniques
Learn how to recognize early warning signs of distress, defuse tension, and use verbal de-escalation techniques to prevent escalation.
Safe Physical Intervention Skills
Our instructor leads participants in learning safe, approved methods for protective physical interventions (PPI), focusing on safety, consent, and respect.
Behavioral Supports for Challenging Situations
Guidance on how to apply Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in crisis situations to maintain long-term success and stability.
Hands-On Training & Practice
Participants will engage in realistic scenarios and role-playing to practice techniques and strategies in a supportive learning environment.
Ongoing Support and Refresher Courses
We offer continued support for staff and caregivers, including refresher courses and consultation for those who need additional guidance.
